It is a special tea made during the Second Flush season for those that wish for a cup of Darjeeling Second Flush to sip on all day. It is made from very young and succulent leaf plucked specially from a young tea field, on the western aspect of Glenburn planted out with the high quality AV2 cultivar. The leaf is carefully rolled to preserve the whole leaf, and release the flavoury compounds within. It is then oxidized just enough to highlight the aroma and texture. In cup, it is a light amber in colour, sweet and mellow on the palate, with delicate nutty high notes and fruity undertones.
