Please note also that the tea producer/seller has the final say on the packaging of the product. Packaging and pricing shown on our site may change from time to time keeping in mind the seasonality of the product. Rest assured the products are genuine and procured directly from the tea company.




1). DELIVERIES WITHIN INDIA


  1. We use reputed, reliable courier services for all deliveries. For unrepresented locations we may use India Post.
  2. For all deliveries within India, shipping costs are automatically calculated on the basis of package weight and all deliveries are made within 3-10 working days from confirmation of order and payment.
  3. We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for dispatched parcels delayed due to force-majeure clause.
  4. If you do not receive your order within 10 days, please contact us by email or phone as per the details on our home page.

 

2). INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES


  1. We use reputed, reliable courier services for international deliveries including postal services.
  2. For all international deliveries, all deliveries are made within 14 working days from confirmation of order and payment.
  3. We pass on to our customers only the exact courier cost to us which is calculated based upon product weight only and the destination country.
  4. All international customers will receive a tracking email to show the progress of their parcel.
  5. When ordering goods from our site for delivery overseas you may be subject to additional import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you and we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
  6. Fuel surcharge is changed by the shipping companies on a monthly basis, therefore, all international postage charges will vary slightly from month to month

Our third party carriers may not be able to deliver to certain countries at particular times for reasons of politics, government, natural disaster or operational crisis or similar situation in such circumstances your shipment will be returned to our mail centre and held such a time that they are able to deliver to you.
